Our delivery team is trained to be prompt and to ensure that your new system is delivered to your home in top condition ready for immediate installation. Basic hook up to existing cables we do the hook up. For a nominal fee set it up where the cables go nothing is plug and play cheaper and more efficient for ken Cranes Setting it up on a table and connect to your existing components if you have the cables and components. Once you purchase your system you have three choices. To have your product delivered to your home for a flat fee, to take it home yourself or for simplicity and ease, you can choose a custom installation experience. Our home delivery service drivers are knowledgeable and highly competent and the administration scheduling our delivery service is the best in the industry. Ken Cranes warehouse drivers and a fleet of state of the art trucks ensures that your new purchase arrives safely on time as promised. Once our delivery team, unload your new system, they can remove your old system and all the packaging for you. Hooking up your system is not the delivery driver’s responsibility, they are simply there to make sure your system is complete and fully unwrapped and put where you want it. Delivery does include setting up your new TV and hooking it up to existing cable or satellite connections and to any existing components such as DVD players and audio receivers. It also includes programming the TV remote (a separate charge applies to programming universal remotes).
